Drexel Heritage's 99,000 s.f., two-story furniture showroom is located on an 11-acre site adjacent to Oak Hollow Lake on Eastchester Drive in High Point, NC. Drexel Heritage wanted a facility with an exterior form that reflected the dynamic new direction of the company's retail operations, focusing on stores with more open space, straightforward orientation, and clear circulation. The showroom was constructed using tilt-up concrete in five months and features a monumental staircase in the entrance and full service kitchen.
