The Wet Lab LaunchPad consists of three biotech laboratories each consisting of two offices, storage room, equipment room, and central lab.

Project Details:
- Common breakroom and conference room.
- Each lab is equipped with an ultra-low flow fume hood that discharges to outdoors and Phoenix air valves for sash air velocity & room pressurization control. Each module has non-recirculating 100% outside air, minimum eight air changes per hour.
- Cooled/dehumidified or heated air is delivered to each space each day.
- Each lab has two sinks, and a cup sink in the fume hood, plumbed with acid resistant sanitary and vent piping throughout.
- Ultrapure water systems, laboratory gases, and uninterrupted power systems.
